Main Motions

• WhatsApps Group: We should all create whatsapp group for all the centers we are managing and add the facilitator and the participants on the group and also the facilitator should be informed that they are not to create any other group for the class, and once class is over, a week after the training is over send a notification message stating you are leaving the group. This whatsapp group should include sending of pictures from the student and also the facilitator  so as to get update of what is happening in the center
• Date should be included when making calls, so as to know when the calls are been made
• Introduction of Payment slip: Payment slip will be introduce soonest, these payment slip will be carrying information like Basic salary, allowances, bonus etc
